     ***Important Point to note when filling in the registration form
    You're required to input the company UEN. ​
    For an company-sponsored trainee, the company’s Unique Entity Number (UEN) that is provided in this registration form should be the sponsoring employer who is the direct employer of this trainee, and also the party providing salary and other statutory benefits (such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave etc). The UEN will be used to verify the employment status of this trainee as part of the SkillsFuture grant process. Failing to provide the correct UEN will delay the certificate. 
    Please ensure UEN is correct. 

    对于公司赞助的实习生，此注册表中提供的公司 (UEN) 应为赞助雇主，该雇主是该实习生的直接雇主，也是提供工资和其他法定福利的一方（例如CPF 缴款、医疗福利、休假等）。作为 SkillsFuture 资助流程的一部分，UEN 将用于验证该学员的就业状况。未能提供正确的 UEN 将延迟证书。 请确保 UEN 正确。
